Perry Roofing was built from the ground up, literally, starting as a framer and working up to a full-time builder. The 1984 Austin hailstorm brought Mr. Perry to Central Texas where his love for roofing became his main focus and Perry Roofing was established. He built Perry Roofing on the foundation of hard work, experience, an eye for detail, and integrity of quality workmanship.

Mr. Perry joined the Air Force right after high school, where he served our country during the Vietnam War. He worked in security and in the security service. It was there he learned the importance of discipline, integrity, and honesty.

Perry Roofing is owned and operated by the Perry family. Carmon, the daughter of owners Mr. & Mrs. Perry, runs the daily tasks in the office and manages the Perry Team. Mr. Perry, Santos and Jessie, Carmon's husband, run the field operations and quality control. Mrs. Perry works the books, accounting, and provides much needed morale of the family.
Our Team
Kenneth Perry, Owner
Ken has been in construction for over 40 years. Starting out framing houses and commercial buildings right after he finished his time in the Air Force. He learned how to frame houses and build them from the foundation up. In 1984 he moved his whole family to Austin, Tx where he focused on roofing and still resides today standing along side his team as they take on his legacy.
Santos B., Field Manager
Santos has been working in the roofing industry since the 1990's. He started out working on a roofing crew picking up trash and hauling shingles. He joined the Perry Team in 2008 where he worked very hard to learn more about his craft, becoming one of the fastest nailers that have ever worked for Mr. Perry. Santos worked to further his career by studying sales and insurance claims and is now a Field Manager.
Jessie A., Field Manager
Jessie started his roofing career working for his cousin picking up and delivering material. He soon worked his way up to running his own crew along side his cousin. In his spare time he studied in sales, insurance claims and customer service to further his education. He recently passed his Haag exam and is a Haag Certified Inspector (HCI # 200212029) and is well qualified to help assist you with your claims. He enjoys helping customers bring their visions to life.
Carmon Perry-Aguilar, Office Manager
After finishing school in 2005, Carmon had no plans to work in the family business but needing a summer job, she answered phones right after a hail storm. She learned that she really enjoyed working with customers and decided to learn more about running the family business. She has worked every aspect of the office duties but loves the ordering, logistics and scheduling with the customers the most.
Meeka, Chaos Coordinator
Meeka has spent her whole life making sure everything at Perry Roofing runs smoothly. She has traveled to the the offices and slept on many desks and eaten many treats while making sure operations are done correctly.
She is loved by many and is an expert at keeping laps warm.
