The insurance process for roof damage involves several steps:

• First, have your roof inspected for damage.
• Next, file a claim with your homeowner's insurance.
• Your insurance company will conduct their own inspection.
• You’ll receive an estimate, a check, and a letter from your insurer.
• Contact us to schedule your roof installation.
• Perry Roofing will send a certificate of completion to your insurance company.
• Use the first insurance check to pay Perry Roofing.
• You’ll receive a second check from your insurance, which should be sent to your mortgage company for endorsement.
• Finally, provide Perry Roofing with the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.

For most average-sized homes, the roofing job typically requires one to two days to complete once construction has begun.

Material delivery usually occurs between one day to one week in advance, depending on current supply and demand conditions.

In most instances, we deliver materials directly onto the roof. However, for steep roofs or locations with difficult access, we will place the materials on the driveway near the house.

We offer multiple payment options including cash, card, ACH transfer, cashier's check, and personal check. You may contact our office or your assigned field estimator to arrange payment.

Roof delivery is preferred by most of our roofing crews as it eliminates the need to manually carry shingles up ladders. Additionally, this method reduces the risk of materials being removed from the property before work begins.

Currently, we do not offer financing options. However, we are in the process of developing financing solutions for our customers.
