You will receive 2 warranties with your new roof
- The first warranty you will receive with a complete reroof is our 10 year workmanship warranty. This will cover anything that our crewman may have installed incorrectly. This does not cover Acts of God or things outside of our control. Common issues out of our control are squirrels chewing up a pipe boot, or a raccoon tearing up your shingles seeking shelter from the outside elements, weather damage or work done by someone other than our team.
- The second warranty you will receive with your complete reroof is a manufactures warranty. Each brand has their own warranty and can be found on their website to help you choose a brand of shingle if you would like a specific brand. They cover the shingles of defects like discoloration and early granule loss. They do not cover granule loss from hail, ice, or foot traffic on your roof.

Repair Warranties
Repair warranties are a case by case basis. Depending on the type of repair that it is we can only be responsible for our work. We are unable to warranty the work or quality of work that is not completed by us. To get a complete roof warranty you will need to have the whole roof replace by our qualified installers. Any questions you may have can be discussed with your field estimator or the office staff.
